You would think that anyone that has been on the internet since 1987 would have some “social media” graces…

And yet, BBSs like “The Big Electic Cat” in NYC, CompuServe, AOL – and the like, didn’t teach any of us a clue about “sharing” or “open source” or “tweeting” – ya know – stuff like that!

Yes, I’ve dabbled in e-commerce a bit, with limited success, and I’ve finally “organically” grown my twitter following to over 100 people (ok, I know some of you have THOUSANDS, MILLIONS, ¬†GOOGLEIANS!!), but I’m still trying to navigate (sailing term – watch out for these!) the vast oceans of the social media universe!!

Why not come along for the trip (I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised), as this almost 50-year-old attempts to keep up with you young whippersnappers (yeah – that means you!)… I’m gonna try to keep you all informed on what is going on in the Social Media world, how to learn more about it, and how to achieve your goals by leveraging the tools available (mostly free) on the Intertubes.
